    I learned 3 new moves from you using this video! I kept trying to find somewhere online to see how to do mummy kicks, the 123 Heisman and the Heisman and couldn’t find them. I should have looked here to begin with – they look somewhat fun! I’ll also have to try to incorporate the squat into my jumping jacks as well… I’m excited about my Wake Up Challenge tomorrow!
