Can you find Primal Strips in Peanut Thai flavor? Soooo good and a great snack to bring with. (it’s veggie jerky and nummmmmy). KIND bars are good for travel. Snack packs of almonds, etc. or make your own.

PS I totally do lists for my trips- in fact I have a whole folder in my computer called Checklists. Then Travel Checklists. Then Travel San Francisco 01/10, Travel UK 10/09 etc. Saves my booty every time. So I just copy and paste and edit as needed for the next trip- rename- boom.

    I’ll miss you!

PS Loved seeing your meals all in one space- really helpful- really cool.

So, I just finished a bowl of yoatgurt and am pissed. I’m so sick and tasted only 15 percent of it, I’d say. ANNOYING. It’s so delicious and cake batter-y.

Hmmm, my goals for February include less computer time, applying for a sh!t ton of jobs, reading things that satisfy my soul, saving money, eating deliciously and loving life. I always put “loving life” on every list I make to remind myself to live outside my goals, too.

Uh, I’m all OVA the sweet potato thang and the chocolate thang. YESSSS. OH!!! I watched your video from a few days ago at, like, 2am. You are the cutest thing alive.

    Love you!!! xoxoxo

i love your lists. they only convince me that we are perhaps the same person just stuck in two completely different bodies. i love all your goals – i need to make some of my own! i think some blog work, staying consistent with workouts and reigning in miscellaneous spending rank up there as the top 3.

  21. February 2, 2010 8:02 am

Kudos to getting this post in despite your crazy business! I’v been slacking since saturday..but slacking means spending time with my parents who just got in from Aruba (sooo tan…) And spending tiem with my boyfriend who left this morning :(

Anyways…Your workout looked insanely good..almost good enough to motivate me to get off my butt ;)

    Janetha,

I’m jealous that you are going to my beautiful home. 3 MORE SLEEPS and you will be in Jamaica….This is what I use for my count down when I go at least 2x a year. Yeah, I’m a Jamaicaholic. Where are you staying? I usually stay in Ochio Rios (I have family in Kingston, St. Anns Bay and Port Maria). If you need a reliable driver, let me know.

You have a great list going so far. I’ve gotten much better at packing the night before (hehehe). I have my friends come over for a “Jamaica” party and help me pack. I make sure I pack outfits and then weigh my luggage because I refuse to give the airline a dime more. As far as packing goodies, the only thing I bought was larabars. I take this time to enjoy ALL the foods in Jamaica. And I tend to OD on Red stripe beers & rum punches and pay for it when I come to the US (ph balance way off).

Anyhoo, have a great trip and take lots of pictures. And please, please, take notes so you can do a trip report when you come back.

Ohgosh, getting prepared for a trip is so stressful!! Just think of the wonderful end result :) Obviously, I love that treadmill sesh. I also love pyramid-ing my cardio.

    1. I’ve got four – work out no more than 6 hours a week (no overtraining this month!), say yes more, make more meals with leftovers, and eat more fat. Day #3 and I feel good :)

    2. Shape up with pickles!! There is something wrong with me, I want to eat pickles on EVERYTHING lately. Maybe I’ll kill a few birds at make a pickle pie and pickled batch of oats ;)
