    i have recently been doing some of your HIIT workouts and they are so fabulous. when i’m scrunched for time (like all the time) i always remind myself that i can always do a HIIT workout! thanks so much for sharing :)

    I just made a document with all of your cardio workouts. I’m bringing it to the gym for inspiration. I do very similar things (make them up as I go) but it will be fun to follow “a plan” once in a while. :)

    Hey its janine from oshawa the one that emailed you . i found out how to blog (lol yay) and now i’ve given it a shot, so far i kind of suck, but its step one in blogging is learning..
