pumpkin protein shake.

this shake is super yum over the holidays, but also tasty any time of year!
ingredients:
- 3/4 to 1 cup of your favorite type of milk (i use unsweetened almond vanilla breeze)
- 5 to 7 cubes of ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- generous shake of cinnamon
- generous shake of pumpkin pie spice
- splash of vanilla extract
- optional: sweetener of choice



throw all ingredients into your blender, blend well and serve!


you can top with sugar free whip cream if you wish.

HOW DID I MISS THIS?! I am totally making this. Today.
I make the same recipe except I use 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt. No additional sweetner is needed since the yogurt is sweet. Lastly, like in all smoothies I add a handful of spinach which really boosts the nutrition and doesn’t change the tast at all!
This sounds delish! Going to try it tonight!!
